Recommended after 1,500 km or one year of use. This comprehensive service includes cleaning and a detailed inspection of your e-bike, including truing the wheels and a thorough check of all safety-relevant components.

Premium Service
Recommended after one year of intensive use. This more comprehensive service includes a complete cleaning and detailed inspection of your e-bike, including cleaning of the drive system with a special cleaner.

Regular servicing not only prevents unnecessary wear and tear but also unforeseen breakdowns – ensuring you are safe and worry-free on every ride. Especially at the start of the season or after a year of intensive use, our Standard Check ensures that your e-bike runs safely and efficiently. If you haven't had your e-bike serviced for a long time or own a demanding model like a full-suspension bike or eMTB, our Premium Check offers a comprehensive inspection and care to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
